Our client, a leading global packaging company, are seeking a field based Sales Executive to join their team. The role would combine NBD and KAM in a specific territory.

The company are looking for:

  • You would be required to travel nationally with specific responsibility for the Bavarian territory – you will live in and have existing knowledge and network in this region
  • Manage and increase Sales, Product Mix and Margins in the territory
  • Self-motivate, manage and prioritise sales efforts in order to maximise sales growth and profitability at existing accounts and explore alternative markets
  • Form in-depth / multi-level relationships with key distributors and work alongside them in the relevant market sectors
  • Pro-actively prospect for new sales opportunities to provide sales growth, improved margin and added value

You will have

  • Demonstrable track record of at least 5+ years successful sales experience in the films or packaging industries
  • Key account management and business development experience
  • Ideally supported by some formal sales / business training
  • Full driver’s licence
  • Fluent German and English speaker (ESSENTIAL)
