Chad Harrison International is working with a leading provider of environmental and industrial products and services. The company is seeking a Capital Sales Representative for the US who has experience selling industrial equipment in Steel, mining, petrochemical, power and/or other similar heavy industries.
· Execute the sales strategies and objectives for all key markets and customers.
· Work with the sales team to develop and implement business growth strategies across new markets and geography.
· Keep abreast of customers and market conditions, providing input to support development of sales and marketing strategies
· Build strong relationships with key accounts in order to ensure strategic sales and strategic pricing across markets and sales territories.
· Assist in developing cost estimates and documentation describing the offered equipment and services and also compile bid packages.
· Take a leadership role with regards to pricing and related activities and support the use of vital sales tools such as STT’s CRM.
· Work with the STT Rep network to develop leads in preparation for quoting.
· Support the development and implementation of product/product lines.
· Ensure adherence to the STT Quality Management System.
You will have:
· 4+ years’ related experience in selling industrial equipment in Steel, mining, petrochemical, power and/or other similar heavy industries.
· Post-secondary education in a technical discipline (mechanical/industrial or similar will be an asset).
· Extensive knowledge of, and experience in, selling large industrial equipment to the end user as well as through Engineering design services companies is important.
· Experienced with building complex technical quotes for Industrial equipment
· Must be willing and able to travel internationally, extensive travel in US.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is an asset.
