Chad Harrison International

Chad Harrison International is working with a manufacturer of clinical laboratory instruments and supplies for use in the detection and diagnosis of disease. Due to continued growth, this business is looking for a Market Access and Business Development Manager, for the UK. Location is flexible within the country.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing commercial plans throughout the UK predominantly to retain and increase sales revenue.
  • Implementing all sales administration and operational performance reporting in addition to revenue accountability.
  • In the midterm, you will be tasked with developing and growing this team in addition to mentoring and managing the existing group.
  • Further midterm plans include continuing to expand emerging markets and to manage the conversation of some existing indirect distribution networks into a direct sales model.

You will have:

  • Proven commercial experience in the laboratory/scientific equipment business.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, research and industrial markets.
  • Understanding of cell analysis and cell biology.
  • Previous track record of managing, hiring and training sales teams.
  • Knowledge of tender-driven business and national health services.
  • On offer is an attractive base salary plus a competitive bonus scheme.
