Chad Harrison International is currently representing an manufacturer of clinical laboratory instruments and supplies for use in the detection and diagnosis of disease.

Due to continued growth, this business is looking for a Clinical Sales Manager for Germany for their diagnostic instrumentation business. Location is flexible within the territory.

The role will be responsible for developing commercial plans throughout Germany predominantly to increase sales revenue. You will be responsible for implementing all sales administration and operational performance reporting in addition to revenue accountability.

This role will manage a team of 2 people and an immediately you will be tasked with developing and growing this team in addition to mentoring and managing the existing group.

Further midterm plans include continuing to expand internationally in European markets and to manage the conversation of some existing indirect distribution networks into a direct sales model.

The ideal person will have:

  • Proven commercial experience in the scientific/laboratory equipment business.
  • Knowledge of hospital, public and clinical clients.
  • Previous track record of managing, hiring and training sales teams.
  • Knowledge of tender-driven business and national health services.
  • Fluent German and English
