A leading provider of solutions and services is into the Pharmaceutical industry are urgently seeking a Key Account Manager to target the small-mid size Pharma companies with HQ’s in Switzerland. You will be operating at C Level, and responsible for selling an extensive portfolio of tech solutions and services, meaning this will require a classic Solution or Consultative sales approach. You will engage with senior and C Level contacts within your target accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Key accountability is to drive new business across the entire portfolio of products in a selected group of Small/Medium HQ Life Science clients in Switzerland
• Ensuring the quarterly and full year revenue targets are met by coordinating the involvement of resources (marketing, sales specialists, consulting, client services) in actively promoting the full offerings to anticipate and meet client needs
• Developing a strategy for expanding the scope of existing contracts and identifying new business and win-back opportunities
• Developing and executing account plan(s) and monitors progress
• Adjusting sales plan accordingly to consider new offerings as well as significant changes to business conditions
• Developing relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts
• Managing the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with

Requirements:

• Account management experience
• Strong experience and deep knowledge (Commercial: Pricing Market Access, Launch Excellence and Medical) of the Life Science industry in Europe
• Knowledge of key issues and developments within the healthcare industry (SME Headquarters)
• Demonstrated success in building long standing relationship with client companies, especially at a senior level
• Strong stakeholder engagement (internal & external)
• Demonstrated experience of generating new business
• Experience how to create business cases based on “Return on Investment” and “Total Cost of Ownership”
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
